Memory weighs down the body.
In order to dance, I must forget.
When I dance, I am not human. I am soul.
When I dance, I have no weight.
The earth releases me and the sky takes me.
I am not mad. I am simply alive in a way that others cannot endure.
I am not afraid of madness. I am afraid of life without it.
I am not afraid of death.
I am afraid of life without love.

The shadows perform my dance again and again, but I am no longer there. I have left the stage.
